Not only did Krillin never fight 2nd form Cell (Only in filler) the only way to accurately compare the 2 would be if Krillin had mastered Tri Beam to the exact same point as Tien, used it at full health and agaisnt a full health Cell who was caught off guard (So no blocking). Otherwise we learn nothing from it except Tien has a stronger move than Krillin. Android 16 couldn't even touch Semi-Perfect Cell, so I guess the same logic means Tien >>>> Android 16 now? Its not evidence, but its a good example when you want to compare feats, and it does prove that Tien has the better techniques and is more useful. But anways, Tien trains every single day after the Cell saga, while Krillen grows old and feeble. That alone is enough to prove that Tien > Krillen, post Cell saga.

This is about Tien vs Krillin Krillin did not posses an ability that was capable of even stopping Cell Tien Did. Tien > Krillin. This is not a debate about Tien and 16. Android 16 did not posses an ability that was capable of even stopping Cell. Tien did. Tien > 16. I'm just showing how flawed the logic is. Krillin never even fought 2nd form Cell and even if he did it'd have to be in the same situation as Tien to accurately judge which has the higher PL. It's not me making obnoxious arguments, it's you ignoring everything that shows how screwed the logic is without making Tien stronger than everyone except 2nd form Cell because you only want to focus on making Krillin look weak, but by doing so you're saying Tien is stronger than 16 too. Cell knew it's potential and could easily avoid it. Buu.. Well, Buu Didn't give two *****s about being cut in half If 16 was not capable of stopping Cell, then yes. Shin Kikoho > 16.
